Alanna Marie was born today. She weighed in at an amazing 7 lbs 15 oz and she is 18.5 inches long. I say an amazing weight because the doctors say that her size is very uncommon for a baby with her condition.
It took the nurses six hours to get little Alanna stabilized but she is doing great now. She has two IV's and she is on a ventilator.
Surgery is scheduled for Monday April 5. The doctors are very optimistic about everything.
I wanted to put this addition blog out so that Daniel and Rebecca can see the support from you as they go through this ordeal.
